We’re thrilled that Bennington Museum has invited us back for tastings this summer. The second in our 2021 series at the pavilion pairs perfectly with the current exhibit Love, Marriage, & Divorce. From the Museum: This exhibit will explore the highs and lows of love and heartache, from gorgeous Victorian wedding gowns, to scandalous tales of sexual harassment. Despite changing social customs, we may find that human nature has changed very little over the years, although the nature of marriage continues to shift.

This tasting will focus on one of the best parts of any celebration, the bubbly. That’s right, you’ll taste your way though FIVE sparklers (Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, Lambrusco, California champagne) and learn about them: the grapes, the regions, the flavor profiles, right price and perfect pairings. Each glass is paired with a small snack and you’ll walk away ready to explore the wide world of bubbles.

With all those bottles, you may even get a lesson in how to saber open a bottle of bubbly! Huzzah!
