Whether you are hosting or attending a gathering large or small, conquering the wine pairings is a skill that will boost your confidence and delight quests. Spend a few hours with the internationally certified wine experts from couch + cork, and Chef Cara, to learn the tricks of pairing traditional Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa dishes with a broad spectrum of wines. Skipping the traditional fare? Don’t worry! There will be ample instruction on pairing food and wine of all types using the science of taste to nail the best pairing every time.

Enjoy a sample plate with holiday-inspired bites and tasting pours of the wines that work. Food includes meat, dairy, gluten and allergens. If you have dietary restrictions, please contact us by November 12th with your needs and couch + cork will attempt to accommodate.

$75/person includes a sample plate of four bites and 4 tasting pours of wine. Get your tickets before it sells out!

MEET YOUR EXPERTS:
Nancy Koziol is an internationally certified wine expert, author and journalist. Nancy created couch + cork to share her love of wine in a fun, safe way. She combines her love of teaching, passion for wine and experience traveling wine regions to bring the best part of wine right to you.

Kaiya Kirk is an internationally certified wine expert with a keen interest in exploring emerging wine regions like Lebanon. She is a Wine Unify Fellow who passed her level 1 WSET with a 100% score and her level 2 with distinction.

Cara Thatch is a self-trained chef who has been making waves around the area with her exceptional take on what makes a meal. She focuses on local and fresh so that her dishes sing.
