WSET and floor-trained somm, with a love for wines that combine classic and exciting (think Cabernet from Israel, or Loire Valley Pet Nat). She loves pairing foods with these off-kilter juices, and talking about why wine is so fun.
When not on the restaurant floor, Jill likes to have her go at baking and cooking, exploring the many parks and museums around town, and attempting to get better at chess (so far, no luck with that last one). She's also been known to kill it at karaoke night, something she longs for from the before times.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Jill has found herself a home in Washington, DC with her adorable tabby cat, Dolores.
