10 Things Everybody Should Know About Wine. Our flagship tasting gets down to the basics. Enjoy a glass or two while our experts teach you the ten things you actually need to know about wine including how to select a wine you’ll liked based on the bottle, how to keep your wine from going bad, what the heck “terroir” and “tannins” are and so much more. This is the one that started it all and is still, to this day, our absolute favorite.
Wine + Cheese Tastings. Allow us to take you on a culinary tour using wine and food as the vehicle. We’ll send your guests a few of our favorite wines paired with small-batch, artisanal cheeses from around the world. And when we say small-batch, artisanal cheeses from around the world, we mean it. We work with our friends at Zingerman’s in Ann Arbor, MI to bring you only the most exciting, delicious cheeses possible. Your guests will taste 1-5 wines and cheeses while learning all about both gastronomical delights, geography, culture, traditions and so much more.
Traditional Wine Tastings. Got a group that wants to geek out? We offer traditional tastings that take a deep dive into a style, region or grape. Go gaga for Gewürztraminer with us or celebrate Chardonnay from around the world.
