With her entrepreneurial spirit and quest to know EVERYTHING about the hospitality industry, Eva has been working since age 15. She is an award-winning barista, hostess at a family-owned restaurant at one of Vermont’s ski slopes, and of course, a wine educator at couch + cork.

Eva is the youngest member of our staff to earn a Wines & Spirits Education Trust certification, and she cannot wait to take her next one. Not even old enough to drink, Eva crushed her Level 1 with a 93% and plans to continue taking levels 1 and 2 wines and spirits certifications to build a strong base before adding tasting to the mix.

Prior to starting her wine education, Eva worked to assist Chef Cara and handles shipping and logistics for corporate tastings. She was born and raised in Bennington, VT where she still lives.
